: KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Regular updating of the other HR systems Understand manpower requirement and fulfill staffing requirements Internal (Managing the Job Portal) External (corresponding with consultants and candidates) Major role assistance in recruitment. Employee Relations - Respond to and address various HR related queries To search resumes & profiles from portal sites & contact several consultants as per the set requirements.CHALLENGE OF THE JOB/ PROBLEM SOLVING Understand and implement the A P Moller – Maersk HR practices Enable the BOMGSC HR team to maintain the World Class standard in HR Transactional practices and improve the delivery of Facilitative activities Handle employee queries on various HR policies Enhance the image of BOMGSC HR to be ‘best in class’ Desired Candidate Profile- Graduate in any discipline.- Should have 1-2 yrs experince in any recruitment firm.- Should be ready to work in Contract basis role- Good Command in English and comfortable in conversing in the local dialect.- Good Knowledge in tracking CV's and knowledge in MS office suite.Company Profile The Maersk Global Service Centers (GSCs) organization is a young entity in the Maersk Container Business.
