Job Description
Create a business plan for Didactics and Training and organize to achieve targets for Didactics sales and Training .
Create contacts in major universities and build training centres across the country
Organize dealer network to create market and target business through individual colleges,vacational schools, private institutes and participate in open tenders
Interface with BRAG Didactics for pricing, TTT support
Initiate local kit manufacturing
Organize and conduct customer training for Drive and control topics
Develop trainers and didactic sales team
